Patrick van Harderwijk

Patrick has over 20 years’ experience within financial markets, with a strong focus on the real estate sector. He serves as the President of Nedreim and founded the company.

Patrick also is president and partner of Westplan Investors. Westplan Investors is a Dutch-American real estate investment company with approximately 5.000 residential units under management and 1.500 units under construction, with a total combined value of $1.1bn. Westplan’s focus is on 24 hour cities within the southern region of the United States. Before joining Westplan in 1998, he worked at a Rotterdam based investment bank as an independent financial derivatives trader and as a corporate finance manager. He obtained a Master of Science degree in Economics from the Erasmus University in Rotterdam, The Netherlands.

Patrick serves as a lecturer at the Amsterdam School of Real Estate of the University of Amsterdam, he teaches corporate governance. He also was a board member of the Entrepreneurs Organization (EO) and is the founder and a former board member of Stichting Transparantie Vastgoedfondsen. This foundation aims to increase transparency and professionalism within the closed-end fund market in The Netherlands. Patrick is also a former board member of AFIRE and Forumvast and is currently president of his local community counsel.

Joost Delsing

Joost has several years experience in the real estate industry and is responsible for the firms investment analyses and asset management activities. He has been with Nedreim since its inception.

Prior to joining Nedreim, Joost was an asset manager at Bouwfonds Investment Management, where he was part of the retail team which runs a €3bn Dutch portfolio. He also worked at Dufil B.V., a real estate development and investment company. Joost holds an investment committee position at Delco Investments N.V., an investment firm with a focus on venture capital.

Joost graduated from Cass Business School in London with an MSc Hons degree in Real Estate. He also holds a BA degree in History from the University of Amsterdam, with a minor in Urban Planning. He was an intern at SEGRO plc. in London, UK and at ING Real Estate Development in The Hague, The Netherlands.
